辽宁:通过国际帆船运动青岛宣言－青岛信息网

 ；  ；  ；  ； 2010年8月21日至23日，应青岛市政府邀请，来自世界20多个国家和地区的200多位代表出席了2010青岛国际帆船周，参加了第一届奥帆城市市长和国际帆船运动高峰论坛。 我们以“运动帆永远蔚蓝”的主题为中心，深入探讨国际帆船运动的快速发展趋势，进一步加强各国和地区之间的交流与合作，共同推进世界帆船运动的普及和提高，共同推进 特别发表如下宣言。

 ；  ；  ；  ； 北京奥运会残奥会帆船比赛的成功，有力地促进了中国帆船运动的普及和快速发展。 在十三亿人口的中国，帆船运动的迅速发展对世界帆船运动水平的提高有积极的影响。 首届奥帆市市长及国际帆船运动峰会论坛是国际帆船界的有效探讨交流，对传承奥运会遗产、加强各国和地区帆船运动合作具有重要意义。 我们建议在国际奥委会、国际帆联、国际残帆联、各大陆帆船联盟的指导支持下，基于平等、互利、合作、共赢的大体，使论坛成为国际帆船运动的企业品牌盛会，成为国际帆船运动交流合作的重要平台

 ；  ；  ；  ； 随着近代奥运会的推进，帆船运动在沿海国和地区日益普及。 目前，世界上有120多个国家和地区开展帆船运动，美洲杯、沃尔沃、世界帆船巡回赛、克利弗等大型比赛影响广泛，帆船运动已成为最具热情和活力的水上项目之一。 利用帆船运动，世界各国与地区友好交流，增进友谊，加强合作，帆船运动已经成为促进国际体育文化交流的重要纽带。

 ；  ；  ；  ； 我们强调青少年是帆船运动的未来和希望。 我们提倡有条件的国家和地区始终开展青少年帆船知识教育和运动项目的普及，不断完善青少年帆船的运动计划和基础设施，通过建立青少年帆船俱乐部、特色学校和训练营等途径，创造更好的环境和条件。 国际帆船组织要选择优秀的教练，加强中国青少年帆船爱好者快速发展的技能训练，不断提高青少年帆船运动水平，为世界帆船运动的快速发展提供足够的后备人才。

 ；  ；  ；  ； 我们主张以搞好国际比赛为载体，完善世界帆船运动比赛系统。 特别是亚洲国家和地区承办越来越多的国际帆船比赛，更应该重视帆船运动在亚洲等帆船运动新兴地区的普及和宣传。 有关组织应该从技术和人才等方面给予要点指导，使占世界陆地面积30%和总人口60%的亚洲成为世界帆船运动的热点地区。
